Tribunal defence covers problems that start after you join, from your first day as a member, as long as you ask us before you act and follow our advice. Its final terms are still being signed off by a lawyer. If they change, we’ll email you before you’re charged, and you can have a full refund.

Fixed fees, only when you need them
Everything else is in the plan. These are for the times you need someone uninvolved, or a legal document from our employment solicitor.

Founding members
Maravier launches in January 2027. Founding prices are open until Sunday 31 January 2027, and that date stays the same even if our launch moves. Before launch, you reserve one like this.

- It’s refundable any time before launch. Just email us.
- If we haven’t launched by 31 March 2027, we refund everyone automatically.
- Your price is fixed for 24 months from launch.
- We save your card to start your subscription at launch, and email you before the first charge.

- A call with our founder in December, before launch, then every 3 months during 2027: what we’ve built and what’s next.
- A vote on what we build next, before each call. On the call, we tell you what we decided and why.
- A first look at each new part of the app before it’s released.

How prices change later
After your first 24 months as a founding member, or 12 months if you join after founding prices close, prices can rise at most once a year, each April.
- Never by more than the latest yearly inflation figure (CPI), rounded down to a whole pound.
- Always with 3 months’ notice: we tell you by 1 January.
- The same rule covers the price per extra employee and the health and safety add-on.
- You can still cancel online any time.

Pay your first month, then your next 3 months are free. On a yearly plan, they’re added to your first year. How switching works

Refer another employer
When another employer joins using your link and pays for their first month, you both get a month free, taken off your next payment after launch.
Paying
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your bank statement shows MARAVIER.
Is VAT added?
Yes. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it. We show the price including VAT next to every price, for businesses that can’t.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Maravier Ltd is registering for VAT. Until our VAT number arrives, your receipt shows the total you paid, and we email you a VAT invoice once it does.
What if my number of staff changes?
Your price changes by £10 a month + VAT at 20% (£12 including VAT) for each employee above 5. Founding members keep their founding base price.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Setting you up, including your first contracts for every employee, is part of the plan.
Do I need to be a limited company?
No. Sole traders, partnerships and companies are all welcome, as long as you employ staff. Prices are for businesses.
