Launching January 2027. Founding prices fixed for 24 months.

The Maravier app

One app for you, your managers and your staff, launching in January 2027. You run your HR in it, your staff book holiday, report sickness and raise concerns in it, and your HR team at Maravier works from the same records, with every answer kept in one advice record. Some parts arrive after launch, and each one below shows when.

For you and your managers

You invite your managers and choose what each one can see and decide. Here’s what you can do in the app.

  • Ask Mirith

    Planned for February 2027

Mirith, our assistant, answers everyday questions in the app at any hour, with the source: the Acas, gov.uk or law page behind it. Every answer is kept in one advice record. Anything serious goes to your HR expert. Until Mirith is ready, your HR expert answers your questions in the app.

  • What needs you

One list of what’s due: holiday to approve, probation reviews, right-to-work follow-ups, expiring cards and licences, and training refreshers, with email reminders. It fills in as each part below arrives.

  • Cases, step by step

Planned for April to June 2027

Disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance, with every letter drafted and every deadline shown. Dismissal letters stay locked until your HR expert signs off. Until it’s ready, your HR expert takes you through each case and drafts the letters.

  • Starters and leavers

Planned for March to June 2027

Add a starter and they get one link for everything before day one. The 6-month alarm flags their probation review at month 4. For leavers, notice and final pay are worked out. Starter links come first, then leavers and the 6-month alarm. Until then, your HR expert helps with each starter and leaver, and we keep track of probation dates for you.

  • Holiday and sickness

    Planned for March 2027

Approve holiday with a team calendar that shows clashes. Absence records are kept and sick pay is worked out for payroll, with health details shown only to those who need them. Until then, keep recording holiday and sickness the way you do now.

  • Documents and law changes

See who has signed their contract and read the handbook. When the law changes, the app shows what it means for you and what to do by when, and sends updated documents to sign.

  • Your team and sites

Choose who can approve holiday or issue warnings; dismissals need you or a named director. Several sites or companies under one login, with bank holidays that follow each person’s nation.

  • Pay summary

Planned for April to June 2027

Everything that changes pay, once each pay period, for whoever runs your payroll. Your accountant or bookkeeper can have a login that sees only the summaries. Until then, send pay changes to your payroll as you do now.

  • Tribunal defence

The date your cover started, what keeps it valid, and one button for when Acas calls or a claim arrives. Conditions

You can also ask for an independent investigation, hearing or settlement agreement in the app. They’re fixed fees, invoiced separately and never charged in the app. See the fixed fees

For your staff

Each member of staff joins through a link from you and sees only their own records. It works in a phone browser, so there’s nothing to install.

  • Before day one: their details, bank and tax details, right-to-work check, their contract to sign, the statement on their right to join a trade union, the handbook and their first training, all from one link. Planned for March 2027
  • Holiday: see what’s left, book time off and see when it’s approved. Planned for March 2027
  • Sickness: report an absence, upload a fit note after 7 days, and check in when they’re back. Planned for March 2027
  • Raise a concern: report harassment, a safety worry or wrongdoing to Maravier rather than their manager, anonymously if they want. Until the form is ready, they can email it to us. Planned for April to June 2027
  • Training: the harassment course, plus the manager module for managers. Planned for March 2027
  • Documents: read and e-sign their contract, the handbook and policies.

What stays outside the app

  • Sign-up and payment. They stay on this website. The app has no plan prices and takes no payments.
  • Rotas and clocking in. Keep using the rota or clocking-in app you have.
  • Payroll. We send whoever runs your payroll a summary of what’s changed each pay period, but we don’t run payroll or file with HMRC.

Built for staff records

  • Two-step verification for everyone with a login.
  • Staff see only their own records, and health details are shown only to those who need them.
  • Notifications never carry sensitive details.
  • No tracking and no ads: the app only measures how it’s used, and you can switch that off.

Questions

When can I start using the app?

When Maravier launches in January 2027. Founding members are set up first: a short form about your staff in December, then your set-up call in January. Some parts arrive between February and June 2027, as shown above, and each one says what happens until then.

Do my staff have to install it?

No. It works in a phone browser, so there’s nothing to install.

Does the app cost extra?

No. It’s part of your plan, for you, your managers and your staff.

Can I pay or change my plan in the app?

No. Sign-up, payment and plan changes stay on this website.

Can my accountant or bookkeeper use it?

Yes, with a login that sees only the pay summaries.

We have staff in England and Scotland. Does that work?

Yes. Each person’s place of work and nation is recorded, so bank holidays and rules follow the person. Maravier covers England, Scotland and Wales.

What happens to a leaver’s access?

Their login stays open for 30 days after their last day, with a reminder a week before it closes. You can change that in settings.
